SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Our return policy is up to 10 days after you receive your delivery with the original receipt.

  • Customers must pay for return shipping of the product, it is recommended to use a mail tracking system for returns or purchase shipping insurance.

  • We are not responsible for any items lost during the return process; you would have to follow up with your chosen courier.   Ex…FED EX, DHL, USPS, UPS

Please note the following;

  • No returns or exchanges without original receipts. (copy of receipt not acceptable)

  • The product can be returned if the product was not used, within 10 days with original tags and packaging.

  • Product is not damaged ex. Glue, dye, coloring, cutting of product, any tampering of product.

  • No returns or refunds on Gift cards

  • No returns or refunds on final sale products

  • All refund and exchange policies are voided if any human hair product has been used.  Labels should not be removed from bundles, wigs or any hair product

REFUND POLICY

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact Leah Slay’s management team at leahslayshair@gmail.com.  Please put your order number in message.  The management team will reply with return address and instructions.

Once we receive returned item, we will notify you via email if refund is approved. If approved your account will be issued refund

If you used a Visa or MasterCard for payment, the refund will go to your account within 7-15 business days. PayPal refunds will go to your account within 2-3 business days.  Refund time depends on banking institution.
